Position Overview - Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to contribute to our dynamic team. This role will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be pivotal in overseeing our global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize all facets of the supply chain process, including materials sourcing, procurement, and contract manufacturing.
  • Oversee inventory management, import/export logistics, and ensure timely delivery of products to our clientele.
  • Support cost efficiency initiatives and enhance daily production workflows.
  • Regularly assess and report on the operational and financial performance of supply chain activities.
  • Address quality concerns promptly and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
  • Keep the team informed about order statuses through live dashboards and essential communications.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain functions such as sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, logistics, demand planning, and inventory oversight.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and data analysis.
  • Intermediate skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Ability to communicate with international suppliers and vendors outside of regular hours.
  • Experience in a technical or electronics manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
  • A degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
