Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Romilano Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Cost Control: Manage costs associated with food, labor, and other supplies to maintain profitability.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible prices.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing a team of staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be accurate, client-focused, and have a strong attention to detail.
