About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Experience and Services Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing Beauty Advisors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales.
    • Facilitate regular training sessions and provide coaching and feedback to Beauty Advisors to ensure they are meeting sales and customer service targets.
  • Client Experience
    • Ensure timely and effective response to all client feedback and concerns, and take ownership of resolving client-related issues.
    • Act as the Client Experience Lead (CEL) within the store, working closely with Beauty Advisors and other store leaders to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Talent Management
    • Recruit, select, and develop high-performing Beauty Advisors and store leaders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage the interviewing and hiring process for all direct reports, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting sales and customer service targets.
  • Store Operations
    • Understand and execute store goals, opportunities, and trends to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Lead by example, demonstrating Sephora's values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate Beauty Advisors and store leaders, driving high levels of job satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and influential skills, with a proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to create and execute comprehensive training programs, and to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
