Job Title: Store Experience and Services Manager

At Sephora, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. We're seeking a highly skilled Store Experience and Services Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve store operations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Sephora remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
