Store Experience and Services Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Experience and Services Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Lead and manage a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to develop and implement store plans and initiatives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
- Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
- Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
