Store Experience and Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Experience and Services Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Lead and manage a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to Beauty Advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Exceptional leadership and influential skills
- Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams
- Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
- A competitive salary range of CAD$54,800- $68,000
