About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Experience and Services Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Beauty Advisor training programs to ensure our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the interviewing and hiring process for all direct reports, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with the Talent & Business Operations leaders to identify and address talent needs across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and influential skills, with a proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
