Job Title: Store Experience and Services Manager

At Sephora Canada, we're passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience. As a Store Experience and Services Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure Beauty Advisors have the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding service and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Manage the store's inventory and visual merchandising to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the store remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
