As the Senior Vice President of Sales, you'll lead our sales engine to drive growth in North America, focusing on key market segments. You'll collaborate closely with the VP of Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition through post-sales.

This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in SaaS or tech environments. You should have a strong background in sales leadership and team building, with expertise in customer acquisition, partnership development, and optimizing sales operations.

  1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and Sales Operations teams to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
  2. Culture Development: Foster a high-performance, growth-focused culture within the sales team by importing best practices and developing leaders.
  3. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure a unified approach toward company goals.

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Amilia's growth objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue expansion.
  2. Owning the sales roadmap and defining clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
  3. Partnering with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and create cohesive go-to-market strategies.
  4. Championing data-driven decision-making and continuously analyzing sales performance to optimize strategies.

Requirements:

  1. 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 3 years in an executive role (VP or higher).
  2. Proven success in leading and scaling high-growth sales teams.
  3. Strong understanding of the sales process, CRM tools (Salesforce experience is preferred), and how to optimize teams for growth.
  4. Strong experience in managing teams with a focus on client upsell, renewal, and expansion strategies.
  5. Exceptional communication skills in English and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an asset.

The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
