Job Summary:

The Director of Leasing and Property Operations is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential rentals, commercial leased properties, and childcare operator licenses. This involves identifying new lease spaces, managing existing ones, and ensuring compliance with district and industry policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting policies and procedures to improve leasing and childcare operations
  • Identifying efficiencies and operational improvements in leasing and childcare activities
  • Recognizing district needs and selecting new lease spaces, renewing or terminating leases as needed
  • Managing a mixed portfolio of residential rentals and commercial leased properties
  • Overseeing rental agreements and childcare operator licenses
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, risk, and financial policies and procedures

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing commercial real estate and/or property management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $98,142 - $122,677 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and dental coverage, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and an employee family assistance program.
