About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manager of Professional Services to lead a team of Subject Matter Experts at Quadbridge Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Professional Services team, ensuring the attainment of technical presales SLAs, project delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management: Manage the team's day-to-day activities, ensuring the team meets technical presales SLAs, project delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction expectations.
  2. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Oversee hiring and scheduling to maintain optimal team staffing.
  3. Process Optimization and Automation: Implement process improvements and automation strategies to reduce delivery costs and enhance client experiences.
  4. Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key metrics such as technical presales SLAs, project delivery accuracy, and team performance.
  5. Strategic Involvement: Engage with sales operations and vendor programs to maximize team potential and contribute to business growth.

  1. Proven Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership experience with a focus on team motivation and development.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas and strategies.
