Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team while providing supervision, leadership, and support to the Finance Department and all its operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and guidance to the Finance Team
  • Developing and implementing financial plans and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Making recommendations for efficiency improvements and implementing solutions
  • Preparing and reviewing cost allocations, internal controls, and reporting timelines

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A CPA designation and degree/diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a non-for-profit organization or public accounting
