Talent Acquisition Program Management

At Citigroup, Inc, we seek a Talent Acquisition Program Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in support of our overall business strategy. This role is responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end recruitment strategies, working closely with the Human Resources team to achieve our hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted plans
• Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to post-hire onboarding
• Analyze recruitment metrics and develop data-driven insights to inform future hiring strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
