Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at Co-operators. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process, attracting exceptional talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide sourcing and screening support for a portfolio of requisitions, leveraging channels like Indeed and LinkedIn to attract passive talent.
- Assist hiring managers with interview and assessment processes, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors' recruitment activities through data analytics.
- Actively participate in social networking sites, attend job fairs, and promote our employer brand to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience with leveraging internal and external data to support talent acquisition hiring initiatives.
- Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates on various social media platforms.
- Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Knowledge of provincial employment laws, human rights, and privacy legislation.
- CHRP or CPR designation(s) an asset.
