About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at Co-operators. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process, attracting exceptional talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide sourcing and screening support for a portfolio of requisitions, leveraging channels like Indeed and LinkedIn to attract passive talent.
  • Assist hiring managers with interview and assessment processes, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors' recruitment activities through data analytics.
  • Actively participate in social networking sites, attend job fairs, and promote our employer brand to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with leveraging internal and external data to support talent acquisition hiring initiatives.
  • Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates on various social media platforms.
  • Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of provincial employment laws, human rights, and privacy legislation.
  • CHRP or CPR designation(s) an asset.
