Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to spearhead the activities of the Revenue Department, creating and executing the strategic plans for marketing and sales. As a Director, Sales and Marketing, you will grow and foster a process-driven, committed, and accountable sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a strong sales team by recruiting, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Set KPIs and sales targets and support your team in meeting quotas.
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and approach and create ongoing sales training to meet these needs.
  • Design and implement the team's strategy, ensuring alignment with the short and long-term goals of the organization.
  • Develop deep insights and industry knowledge to identify new market and product opportunities.
  • Co-create and approve our marketing strategy and messaging.

  • Expertise gained through building a career in B2B sales.
  • Proven success leading and growing B2B sales teams.
  • Ability to align sales initiatives with the organization's vision.
  • Insights into what makes a great sales representative and how to align individual ambitions with the collective goals of the team and the organization.
