Genuine Comfort is a leading distributor of Air Conditioners (AC) and Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) across Canada & Mid-North USA.
Job Title: Director of SalesWe are seeking a dynamic sales leader to spearhead the activities of the Revenue Department, creating and executing the strategic plans for marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow and foster a process-driven, committed, and accountable sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.
- Develop deep insights and industry knowledge to identify new market and product opportunities.
- Co-create and approve our marketing strategy and messaging.
- Prepare and present dashboard reports, scorecards, budgets, projections, and annual sales.
- Build a strong sales team, setting KPIs and sales targets, and supporting your team in meeting quotas.
- Proven success leading and growing B2B sales teams.
- Expertise gained through building a career in B2B sales.
- Ability to align sales initiatives with the organization's vision.
- Insights into what makes a great sales representative and how to align individual ambitions with the collective goals of the team and the organization.
A 4-day on-site role with the option of working remotely on Fridays. Occasional travel to conferences is required.
This is a chance to bring your expertise and insights into B2B sales and strategic sales team expansion and management.
You will play a vital role in Genuine Comfort, achieving year-over-year organic growth and integrating and aligning future acquisitions, resulting in us achieving our 2030 vision.
