We are seeking a highly motivated Packaging Sales Representative to join our team at Vancouver Premium Packaging. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Job

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the printing industry and be able to effectively communicate with customers to understand their packaging needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify new sales opportunities and pursue them through effective lead generation and follow-up
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production and operations, to ensure smooth execution of customer projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the printing industry, preferably in packaging sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
