About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Strategic Programs and Events team as a Project Management and Event Operations specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing large-scale events for our internal audience worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote our events
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management and event coordination
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
