At Charter Project Delivery Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working on infrastructure projects and has expertise in scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project and/or construction scheduling. They should also have a strong background in heavy civil and infrastructure construction, with experience in transportation and transit projects being an asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience. Our standard work week is Monday to Friday, but the role requires the candidate to work in our office a minimum of two days per week. The job schedule consists of regular working hours with occasional overtime required to meet deadlines.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, developing, maintaining, tracking, and analyzing project schedules throughout the different phases of the project lifecycle. As a Project Scheduler, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to integrate schedules provided by contractors, third parties, and key stakeholders to create a master project schedule. You will also be responsible for creating what-if scenarios, performing delay analyses, and providing regular schedule updates and reports.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable communicating virtually or in-person with clients and other stakeholders, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Project and/or TILOS is an asset, but not required.
