About the Project Management and Event Operations Role

The SAP Internship Experience Program is a global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. As a Project Management and Event Operations Intern, you will be part of the Strategic Programs and Events team, responsible for organizing the largest annual kickoff events internally within SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a global team and learn from experienced colleagues who are friendly and supportive
  • See firsthand how multiple workstreams come together to produce events for a massive audience
  • Get exposure to various aspects and phases of the project
  • Facilitate meetings and coordinate key activities
  • Contribute to the team's success and growth

Requirements

  • Student currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year at an accredited university studying in the areas of Commerce/Business Administration, Communications, or related Arts programs
  • Strong sense of responsibility and structure, and always follow through on commitments
  • Good hosting, presentation, and speaking skills, and ability to take the lead in meetings
  • Good writing skills and ability to communicate well via email and MS Teams
  • Excellent MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook skills
