Gymnastics Program Director

We are seeking an experienced Gymnastics Program Director to lead our gymnastics programs at Children's Fitness Centres of Canada, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children by providing a safe and supportive environment for them to develop their physical skills and build confidence.
Job DescriptionThe Gymnastics Program Director will be responsible for developing and implementing gymnastics programs for children of all ages and skill levels. This includes creating lesson plans, recruiting and training coaches, and ensuring that all programs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics coaching and program development, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service to our members and their families.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of coaches and staff to deliver high-quality gymnastics programs that meet the needs of our members. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in gymnastics coaching or program development
- Degree in Physical Education or related field (not required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
