Banquet Event Coordinator

At Westwood Plateau, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Supervisor to join our team. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the setup, service, and breakdown of banquets and events
- Supervise and train banquet staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality food presentation
- Develop and implement effective event planning and execution strategies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Manage event budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Previous experience in banquet and/or restaurant supervision
- Serving It Right license and Foodsafe certification
- Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
