Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Wild Wing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, staff supervision, and menu preparation.

About the Role

The Culinary Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring high-quality food is prepared and presented to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff, train new employees, and develop a positive team culture.
  • Chef Duties: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, inspect kitchens and food service areas, and maintain inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organize buffets and banquets, manage kitchen operations, clean kitchen and work areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a focus on fast-paced kitchen operations.
