Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Venue Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve high standards.

Work SettingThis is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work on site. We do not offer remote work options.Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of culinary staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, presentation, and service
- Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
This role will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and will be responsible for supervising a team of culinary staff.
