Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Culinary Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor - Culinary Team Lead to join our team at CANADA INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
