Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Management: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Capital Investment Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic capital investment plan to support the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the facility team.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure that all maintenance and engineering activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Asset Management and Lifecycle Planning: Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the lifecycle of equipment and infrastructure.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Metrics: Utilize data analytics tools and performance metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, engineering, and facility operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance and engineering roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and best practices in maintenance and engineering.
