At Davies Technology, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Operations Integration Specialist to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is a permanent role with a salary range of $95k - $140k CAD per year, depending on individual skillsets and level of experience.

About the Role

The Technical Service Operations Integration Specialist will report into the Head of Service Operations and work closely with the Service Operations Management Team. The primary focus will be on managing and integrating services during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions into the Production environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the integration of services, processes, and technologies from acquired companies or newly merged entities, aligning them with existing operations.
  • Oversee the transition from design phase to live operational phase, ensuring all services are ready for production and integrated into the service management framework.
  • Perform readiness assessments to ensure the Service Operations Team is prepared for the integration of new services or processes.
  • Work closely with the Service Operations Team, Project Team, and business stakeholders to address all aspects of service delivery post-M&A.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with the operational take-over of newly integrated services, including staffing, infrastructure, and service continuity.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, with a strong background in Service Management frameworks, particularly service transition and service operation.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple workstreams, as well as experience in Risk and Change Management.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction, recognizing their needs and ensuring communication to meet or exceed these expectations.
