Job Summary:

Active Security is seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and implementing new administrative procedures, establishing work schedules, and coordinating office services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff

Requirements:

  • High School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Ability to supervise 5-10 people
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and pay attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel and valid driver's license
