Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at SIDHU ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and compliant
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
  • Free parking available
