Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
  • Staff Management
    • Train and develop staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Operations
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to management.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 1-4 staff members.
  • Work Conditions
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure.
    • Combine sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Personal Suitability
