Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2224 Restaurants Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Staff Management: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Food and Beverage Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and lift heavy objects.
