Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2224 Restaurants Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Operations: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, establish methods to meet work schedules, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer complaints, and ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership skills.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
