Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2224 Restaurants Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Operations Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, establish methods to meet work schedules, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, address complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
- Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, train staff in job duties, and maintain a positive and productive team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Language:The language of work is English.Hours of Work:
The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
