We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Web Optimization Director to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our web presence and growth. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive strategies to optimize our online presence and improve user experiences.

Job Description
  • Web Strategy and Optimization:
    • Define and implement overall web platform strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and digital trends.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in web presence and performance.
  • Content Management Services:
    • Oversee content management system (CMS) development and maintenance for efficient, scalable content creation and updates.
    • Ensure content is relevant, high-quality, and aligned with brand standards across all web properties.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage a team working on complex digital projects within a fast-paced matrixed environment.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage web publishers, developers, and content managers to execute digital projects efficiently.
  • Compliance and Security:
    • Evaluate website compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and best practices in data management, accessibility, and applicable privacy laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in web strategy, optimization, and digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), web analytics tools, SEO, and best practices in web performance optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, project management skills, and communication abilities.
Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
