We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Web Optimization Director to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our web presence and growth. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive strategies to optimize our online presence and improve user experiences.
Job Description- Web Strategy and Optimization:
- Define and implement overall web platform strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and digital trends.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in web presence and performance.
- Content Management Services:
- Oversee content management system (CMS) development and maintenance for efficient, scalable content creation and updates.
- Ensure content is relevant, high-quality, and aligned with brand standards across all web properties.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage a team working on complex digital projects within a fast-paced matrixed environment.
- Lead, mentor, and manage web publishers, developers, and content managers to execute digital projects efficiently.
- Compliance and Security:
- Evaluate website compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and best practices in data management, accessibility, and applicable privacy laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in web strategy, optimization, and digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), web analytics tools, SEO, and best practices in web performance optimization.
- Excellent leadership, team management, project management skills, and communication abilities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, mental health, vision, short- and long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance coverage, employee/family assistance plans, and more.
