Digital Optimization Director

We are a leading digital marketing company seeking an experienced Digital Optimization Director to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business growth and improve customer experiences through data-driven decision making.
About the RoleThe Digital Optimization Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and overall business performance. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and implementing optimization techniques using industry-leading tools.
Key Responsibilities- Analyzing user behavior, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel performance using tools like PostHog and Clarity to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and executing A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize conversion rates and achieve campaign objectives using VWO.
- Designing and refining user-centered landing page designs that prioritize usability and conversion, working closely with our web design strategist to refine our Figma design system.
- Creating high-fidelity designs that align with brand standards and performance goals, ensuring seamless implementation of design elements and performance optimization with our development team.
- Collaborating with marketing and frontend teams to ensure CRO and UX/UI efforts align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Mentoring and guiding UX/UI designers and CRO specialists to foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in CRO, UX/UI design, or a related role in a B2C marketing context.
- Experience with coaching, project management, and/or managing a small expert team.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rates and creating effective digital experiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and translating it into design and optimization solutions.
