As Chief Operating Officer - Strategic Growth Leader, you will lead day-to-day operations, providing strong leadership while establishing policies and practices that meet the organization's overall requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing operational priorities, goals, policies, practices, and initiatives in alignment with the CEO's strategic direction;
  • Oversight of operational management across all aspects of the business, from engineering to quality to support to services and administration;
  • Development of corporate-wide policies that address corporate growth and strengthen organizational processes;
  • Driving excellence across operational organizations through best-of-class processes, technology, and team members to meet and exceed customer expectations;

Achieving these objectives requires proven operational management experience contributing to the success of a software or social media vendor. Demonstrable evidence of exceeding expectations and a track record of scaling an organization with similar characteristics to Stonewood Group Inc. are essential. Strong team building skills, effective communication, and motivation are also crucial for driving change and growth. A facility for the 'people' side of organization-building, characterized by a pull rather than push approach, is highly valued.

Our ideal candidate has a strong entrepreneurial background, with appropriate financial and business acumen acquired from scaling a similar organization to the next level of growth. They will inspire and lead a talented group of customer-centric employees, helping them manage their careers and grow as professionals. The salary range for this position is approximately $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
