Customer Service Representative Insurance

Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate policy details and benefits to customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Work collaboratively with customers to find solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Process refunds and make policy changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy changes.
- Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
- Proven sales, service, and/or collections experience.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly developed time management skills.
- Funded induction product training and ongoing coaching and support.
- 4 weeks' vacation leave per year.
