Job Title: Insurance Account Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Traci Langill Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and develop sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services, and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree or college diploma.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Proactive problem-solving, excellent communication skills, ability to present to clients, and a strong work ethic.
  • Licenses and Certifications: OTL or RIBO license, and ability to obtain LLQP (LIFE) within 10 weeks of hire.
