Main Responsibilities

  • Client Service
    • Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and updates to their insurance contracts, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
    • Establish personalized relationships with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of insurance products.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Seize sales opportunities, solicitations, and product offers to meet and exceed sales goals.
    • Develop leads through telephone and in-person interactions, ensuring a sense of urgency to produce sales and service clients 100% of the time.
  • Qualifications and Requirements
    • University degree or college diploma.
    • 1-3 years of sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to get things done and be resourceful.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to clients over the phone and in person.
    • OTL or RIBO license, with the ability to obtain LLQP (LIFE) within 10 weeks of hire.
