Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field operations staff, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of field operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Identify and address any operational issues or concerns, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a field operations management role, preferably in the collision repair industry
- Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education in a related field an asset
