Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Peace Country Toyota. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring a positive and transparent sales experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on new and used vehicle inventory, including features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including finance and service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in sales or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
