- Organized: Manage a high volume of customer requests, adjusting and working through interruptions with ease.
- Technologically Savvy: Utilize the phone, computer, and POS system with proficiency.
- Electrical Distribution/Counter Sales Experience: An asset in this role.
- Physical Abilities: Comfortable using upper body full range of motion for wire cutting and hauling.
- Previous Electrical Industry Experience: An asset.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical skills with the ability to calculate simple equations mentally.
- Computer Skills: Beginner-level computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software.
- Product Knowledge: Wide range of expertise in the products and services provided by E.B. Horsman & Son.
