Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform assessments and interventions related to patients' occupational performance
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Educate patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies

Requirements

Graduate of a The College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia approved program in Occupational Therapy
Registration with The College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia within 1 year of hiring
One year recent related experience
Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
