Occupational Therapist II

Northern Health Authority is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist II to join our Primary Care team in Prince George. As an Occupational Therapist II, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and deliver health services coordinated through the Primary Care Home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients to promote participation in valued activities
- Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with professional standards and evidence-informed practice
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide person-centered care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program
- Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
