Primary Care Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care for patients and families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-informed interventions to promote optimal health and wellbeing for patients and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote self-management and empowerment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program.
- Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program.
- Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
