About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist II to join our Primary Care team in Prince Rupert. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide person-centered care to our patients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with various physical and cognitive impairments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating patient progress. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, as well as participate in education and research activities.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position
