About the Role:

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a skilled Front Store Clerk to join our team at our Village Pharmacy location in Port Elgin, NB. As a Front Store Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable interaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with cash handling, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display maintenance to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Store Manager and Store Operator.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service and cash handling experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional image and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Criminal Record Check required.
