Beauty Department Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manager to lead our Beauty & Fragrance department at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse and customer-focused team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with Beauty & Fragrance vendors to drive business success and leverage their support for key events and promotions.
- Coordinate vendor sales and product knowledge training to develop individual associates and ensure counter team success.
- Role model and provide guidance on selling and service techniques to influence positive performance among the team.
- Pivot ways of thinking and strategy to drive department sales and lead and plan beauty services, events, and experiences.
- Ensure the Hudson's Bay brand is viewed positively and consistently to the target market.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience.
- Education and/or hands-on experience in make-up artistry.
- Comfortability working with various technologies pertaining to an omni-channel environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
