About the Role:

Hudson's Bay is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Department Manager to lead our Beauty & Fragrance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of beauty experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with beauty vendors to drive business success and leverage their expertise to enhance our product offerings.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive consistent results.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience with a focus on beauty or cosmetics.
  • Education and/or hands-on experience in make-up artistry.
  • Comfortability working with various technologies in an omni-channel environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
