Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures
  • Delegating work to office support staff
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in administration
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Basic security clearance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
